Thousands of skilled overseas doctors have come to the UK & completed the PLAB process in the hope of work, only to find that placements in an APS (Approved Practice Setting) are not available.

NES Healthcare recruits doctors to work as Resident medical Officers (RMOs) in hospitals throughout the UK, many of these hospitals are now classed as APS.

We offer fixed term contracts, from 6 months to 5 years, choosing from a variety of rotations to suit you.

Requirements..

You will need a minimum of 2 years post graduate experience & to be eligible or have full GMC registration. You will also need to hold current ALS & EPLS certificates, but our recruitment team will be happy to assist you in arranging these if you have not yet done so.

We will also arrange & pay for a work permit for you, if you do not already have a VISA or EU passport. We will also pay for a UK criminal record bureau check (CRB) & occupational health clearance prior to the start of your contract.

We mainly offer general RMO contracts but if you have specialist skills, we are also currently recruiting for doctors with Oncology, ICU/ITU or A&E experience, to work on specific contracts.

NES is unique in the fact that all our doctors are supported/mentored by our Medical Director & given pre-contract training on the skills required to be an RMO in the UK.
