We have a flexible approach to our clients’ requirements. Rather than imposing our views on how a rotation should be run, we discuss in partnership with hospital management how to provide the most efficient and cost effective RMO system. The company is led by people with extensive medical experience who will be happy to work with you to ensure that every aspect of your detailed requirements will be met.

 

At present we provide the majority of our clients with a complete service, covering every aspect of RMO provision. Where necessary, however, we have taken on part of the rotation in order to fit around the needs of a hospital’s own RMOs. This flexible approach has proved popular with many clients, who have been looking for a gradual transition from employing their own doctors to a fully managed service.

 

We aim to ensure that you find working alongside NES to be an enjoyable and harmonious experience. To this end, each client will have a dedicated Medical Staffing Manager, whose role is to manage the RMO rotations within a small portfolio of hospitals. This means that every client has a close relationship with their NES representative, which includes regular reviews and personal meetings to discuss the progress of the rotation.

 

As members of the medical industry, we know how important it is to you that the right person is allocated to the right position.

 

Every doctor that we recruit to the RMO position has a sound medical background and is fully supported from day one by NES staff either in the UK or abroad. We are also leading the market in terms of training and assessment available to our doctors prior to their placement in your hospital.
